Last weekend we had the pleasure of capturing the wedding of Claire and Jason. The location was absolutely amazing and once I saw it, I knew it had to be covered the right way. Here is a quick teaser of the location and the wedding.
The story of how Jackie and Offer met is really interesting. The best part about the story is that they met while attending camp. It was very important for them to have their wedding at this particular location since it has so many good memories attached to it. As soon as they told me this, I knew the actual location would have to play a character in the film. There are so many great things to say about this wedding so why not just see for yourselves. Thanks to Hanna Benrosh who was the event coordinator for the wedding. Thanks also to both families and all of their friends. And finally, thanks to Jackie and Offer who trusted in us to create a beautiful cinematic short film of their wedding day.

Adi Roman - My name is Adi and I was working at the wedding as personal assistant for Hanna Benrosh (event planer). I have to tell you that it's looks like you did an AMAIZING JOB!!!
WOW, I was so touched by the film, and i think that one could do it better.
Thank you for share it with us :)
The only way I can introduce this piece is saying that in 20-30 years, my nieces and nephews will be able to share this video with their own kids. The technology these days allows us to capture these moments and put them together relatively easy. Pictures are a must have, but a well produced video will last a lifetime and beyond. This piece of video will be with my family forever, and our children’s children will be able to see how we lived our lives. I only wish that I could have seen my grandparents at my age many years ago…that would have been amazing to see.
Fran S - This was so great. You filmed a lifetime memory for all of our family. When the little ones grow up and watch this video some day it will be a tremendous piece of family history for all of them. No doubt you have terrific talent for this type of work and you always make a story of what you're filming. I loved watching it. Thank you and thanks for coming and being with all of us. It was such a wonderful few days to be together. Talk to you soon.
Robin - Ari...the video was truly amazing... really! I cried the entire time. You're amazingly talented and it's just getting better as time goes by. Love you my son and thanks so much for making our history.
Jessica - definitely your best video yet!!!
I totally burst into tears at 27secs in!!!
I cant honestly put into words how profound this video is!

thanks for being related!
Brenda - Ari!!! We just got back and watched the video. It is AWESOME! Love it....so so cute.Like mom, I had tears after 3 seconds. The vid of Rachel at the end is fabulous...it's really so great. You rock! We miss everyone already - and Yaelit and Kirra haven't stopped talking about you, Laura, Stu, Matty, Rachel, all the bubby's, zayde, etc...Awesome memories.
Another amazing experience and wedding. Bunny Gore, the catering manager and coordinator from the Sephardic Temple Tifereth Israel on Wilshire Blvd, was so kind enough to recommend us to this joyous simcha. Every time we shoot at Sephardic, we are treated so well by her and the entire team, which makes it a pleasurable work environment. For this couple, we were delighted to be a part of the traditions that encompass an orthodox wedding. From the Tish and the Badekin, to the ceremony and incredible Horah, we captured all of the elements of a wonderful wedding. Robby and the entire band from Simcha Orchestra put on an unforgettable Horah which lasted about 45 minutes! Still photography was captured by Sterling Franken-Steffen from Sterling Tyler Photography. Thanks so much to Bonnie, Aviva, Yitzi, and to all of their families and friends. As always, press Play and then Pause to allow the video to load.
Fran S - You capture the mood of the simcha and of the people. You make lifetime memories with your video work. It always gives me a thrill to watch a new bride and groom begin a new life together and to see a bar or bat mitzvah chant the haftorah on their special day. Your work is unusually fine and very creative. Very well done!
We like to take the same approach for every event we capture, and that is telling a story. The different techniques in cinematography and editing can make a huge difference in telling the right story and we believe that we have accomplished just that with Matthew’s short film. Thanks so much to Yvonne Wolf from Yvonne Wolf Events who did a great job in preparing us for the event, and producing such a great party. Thanks also must go out to Matthew’s mom Tracy who was a pleasure to work with and her help and ease made our job a lot easier. Enjoy!

John Wolfshon - Wow!!! You are awesome!
I'm very impressed!
Yvonne - Thank you for sending me this link....just finished watching the video and it was GREAT! I am impressed with the editing and you made for fun viewing. A great retrospective for sure. Thanks again!
At this point, we feel like we are truly part of the family. There is a special group of friends who have continued to refer us year after year and for that we are very grateful. Seeing the same faces time and time again has been a blessing for our business and we thank you for all of the referrals. This time around it was for Rebekah and Josh’s wedding.
As soon as I heard the music that was playing when the ceremony started, I knew the story was going to be interesting to edit. Does Metallica and Guns N’ Roses work at a wedding? That is not usually what you think will be playing as the bride walks down the aisle. While it threw me off for a little while, I figured why not give it a shot in the edit. We ended up using classical scores of the two songs and what we found were great story telling companions. The music worked so well with our types of edits and it forced us too be more creative. Not only that, we had to somehow fit Ingrid Michaelson into the edit directly in between Metallica and GNR. What we finally end up with is two fans of hard rock with a an amazing story.
Thanks so much to Percy Sales who did a rock star job at coordinating the wedding, and Laurie Bailey from Laurie Bailey Photography, who is always a pleasure to work with. Thanks as well to Craig and the entire cinema team.
Let’s Rock!

David Bluestein - Linda and I love the video. The video captured the incredible warmth and love at the wedding. Dave and Leah make an awesome couple!!!!
A couple months ago we were approached to capture the Unity In Concert which was to take place on Israel’s Independence Day at Sinai Temple. I have been to a lot of concerts but this one was incredible. To have hundreds, if not thousands of people crammed inside Sinai Temple to watch a concert is an unbelievable site to see. I thoroughly enjoyed capturing such an important concert and look forward to working with everyone at Sinai in the near future. Special thanks to Rabbi Guzik and Craig Taubman who assisted me throughout the production. Enjoy the highlights.

Rabbi Guzik - Dear Ari,
This video is amazing. I am sorry it took me so long to respond.
I was out of town and came back to see this incredible production that you made.
THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Can we post this on our website? What is the easiest way to do that?
Thank you again—I am incredibly moved by what you have created. In 5 minutes, you captured the essence and heart of our concert—a masterful feat.
Shabbat Shalom,
Rabbi Guzik
Craig Taubman - This is fabulous. Really well done!
I have been very fortunate to have worked with many amazing people and talented event planners. Kim Koral and Ashley Bogart have worked in the business for a long time but have recently started a business together in event planning. After knowing them for a few years and actually capturing Ashley’s wedding last year, we have built a great relationship. They recommended me to Julie and Jan and once we met, it felt like a great fit. The wedding was incredible but one of the most memorable parts for me was Julie’s grandmothers speech. If you have not seen it in it’s entirety, click here. After I heard her speech, I knew that her words would start and end the cinematic highlight piece which we would create. The editing is so crucial in creating the perfect story so when I hear the Rabbi, or a speech from a family member during the event, I know which sound bytes will best create the tone of the cinematic edit. During this wedding, there were so many great sound bytes so we added in a bunch. You can easily see in the cinematic edit how important these sound bytes are to the flow of the piece. Thanks so much to Kim and Ashley from BK Events, Claire from Claire Barrett Photography, and the entire team at Shutters on the Beach Santa Monica. I want to say a big thank you to both families. Jan especially was so helpful during the entire process and for that I am very appreciative. Julie and Brandon were so ‘chill’ through everything and that made my job very easy. Enjoy!
